Ik was een populair kind in mijn eigen geboortedorp en op school en kwam op voor de gepeste kinderen en ageerde tegen pestkoppen, maar voelde niet echt wat de slachtoffers voelden totdat ik zelf werd gepest. Ik woonde in een andere grote stad en ging de eerste dag voor mijn eerste werkgever werken, voor mij in een vreemde en onbekende omgeving. Ik was verrukt en gekleed op mijn best, want ik ging bij Vale automatic werken. Op de eerste dag kreeg ik uitleg en een korte training en kreeg ik een enorme schok van elektriciteit (220 volt) en iedereen lachte me uit, omdat dit een waarschuwing was, hoe gevaarlijk elektriciteit kan zijn. Ik sprong terug tegen een andere machine en mijn hoofd deed pijn en de mensen in hun overall lachten gewoon.                 Ik schaamde me enorm en voelde me stom. Later die dag kwam er weer een heel onaangenaam incident met mij, waar ik nu met moeite en met grote schaamte over wil en kan praten. Iemand zei tegen mij; "Je krijgt 100 gulden als je reet kan zien ", en hij kreeg goedkeuring en bevestiging van vele anderen. Ik was jong, naïef en erg goedgelovig en ik ageerde diverse malen ertegen," dat moet een grap zijn ". "Nee, nee, echt niet", verzekerde mij minstens 10 domme, zogenaamde volwassen werkers. In die tijd was 100 gulden veel geld en ik dacht, nou, laten we het maar doen, als ik dan 100 gulden krijg en ik trok mijn broek naar beneden en liet mijn kont zien. Iedereen lachte en ik trok snel mijn broek op, ik vroeg om mijn geld. Die man lachte en zei: "Je kont kan niet zien, want hij heeft geen ogen".          Schaamte, woede, verdriet kwam over mij en natuurlijk had ik die man graag willen vastpakken en door elkaar schudden, maar ik was te perplex en hij was de grootste en gemeenste van die groep en vermoedelijk kreeg ik dan iedereen over me heen. Natuurlijk zouden die zogenaamde volwassenen zich moeten schamen om een ​​goedgelovige, naïeve jongeman zo te behandelen ( 18 jaar oud). Ik ging meteen naar de baas en met tranen in mijn ogen nam ik ontslag en liep het kantoor uit. De laatste tijd kwam het weer naar boven en heb ik daarover nagedacht en voelde nog steeds schaamte, na 45 jaar.        Het maakte me wel sterker en als ik zie dat iemand zo wordt behandeld, gedraag ik me en probeer degene die gepest wordt te helpen en empathie te tonen, dat niet iedereen een pestkop is en ik laat de pestkop duidelijk weten dat zijn of haar gedrag niet acceptabel is. Blijkbaar moest ik het nu toch delen. Wees alsjeblieft geen bullebak en probeer te realiseren dat ook jij gepest kunt worden. En ik leef mee met jullie die gepest worden en heb (em)sympathie en denk dat je niet alleen bent en dat je er ook sterker uit kunt komen. Namaste, liefde overwint alles, inclusief pestkoppen.

A Confession: Stop Bullying.

I was a popular kid in my hometown and at school, standing up for the bullied kids and act against bullies, but didn't really feel what the victims felt until I was bullied myself. I lived in another big city and the first day I went to work for my first employer, for me in a strange and unfamiliar environment. I was delighted and dressed at my best, as I joined Vale automatic. On the first day I got an explanation and a short workout and got a huge shock of electricity (220 volts) and everyone laughed at me, because this was a warning, how dangerous electricity can be. I jumped back into another machine and my head hurt and the people in their overalls just laughed. 

I was very embarrassed and felt stupid. Later that day, another very unpleasant incident happened to me, which I now want and can talk about with difficulty and with great shame. Someone said to me; "You get 100 guilders if your ass can see," and he got approval and confirmation from many others. I was young, naive and very gullible and I protested against it several times, "that must be a joke". "No, no, really not", insured me at least 10 stupid, so-called adult workers. And at that time 100 guilders was a lot of money and I thought, well, let's do it, if I get 100 guilders and I pulled my pants down and showed my ass. Everyone laughed and I quickly pulled my pants up, I asked for my money. That man laughed and said, "Your ass can't see because he has no eyes." Shame, anger, sadness came over me and of course I would have liked to grab that man and shake him up, but I was too perplext and he was the biggest and meanest of that group and probably i got everyone over me. Of course those so-called adults should be ashamed to treat a gullible naive young man like this (18 years old) I went straight to the boss and with tears in my eyes I quit my job and walked out of the office. 

Lately it came up again and I thought about it and still felt shame, after 45 years. It made me stronger and when I see someone being treated like that I behave and try to help the bullied person and show empathy, that not everyone is a bully and I clearly let the bully know that his or her behavior is not acceptable. Apparently I had to share it now anyway. Please don't be a bully and try to realize that you too can be bullied. And I empathize with you who are being bullied and have sympathy wih you. Think that you are not alone and that you can come out stronger too. Namaste, love conquers everything, including bullies.

Unfortunately I think a little bit differently

Unfortunately I think a little bit differently than some others on facebook and other social media about this new unknown virus. I do wear a mask when I am indoors with others. Be a little careful about following conspiracy theories. Money is, as always, very important in this capitalist world and is still the biggest culprit in my view and I also believe in the wickedness of elite power.

There are also people who are vulnerable and die from the flu, and the vulnerable, like me, get a flu shot and that's the way you should see it with the virus. We also know AIDS and SARS and Ebola, all deadly viruses, but now they have drugs to protect the people. The Spanish flu was much more serious, there were between 50 and 100 million people dead, but those were different times, because it broke out just after the first world war and then most people were weak and hungry, not a strong immune system and it was more than a hundred years ago, when the medical world was not yet that developed. Yet this is an unknown virus, and where uncertainty grows, so does distrust. Only LOVE connects.

I don't own wisdom and the truth and don't know how everything comes and goes, but I believe scientists and believe in common sense and in the good of people, but not everyone is good, I know.❤️🦋✌️🦉🌹😎

According to the doctors, the TB bacterium was called Micro Kansas. (When I google, I can't find that name. Maybe wrong written). A typical TB bacteria that was / is easy to combat. In a short period of time I became a diabetic patient and now I also had TB. People used to talk about atrophy  instead of tuberculosis. Doctors were powerless over this disease where people slowly disappeared. It was a slow, painful death, the body was eaten. Fortunately for me, I lived during this time. Diabetis Mellitus (literally 'honey-sweet flow') also appears in ancient writings from India, Egypt and Greece. There are descriptions of people who suffer from a mysterious illness that makes their bodies drain away. Today this disease is much more common, due to obesity and it is also called a modern disease, a disease of this over-consuming society. Both diseases used to be deadly and tarnished the body. My sugar was still not stable, it fluctuated way too much and I therefore had to spray more to get the values ​​normal. Which was actually not successful until my current adjustment. Now I had a sensor on my upper arm and have to remove it every two weeks and I can measure as much as possible, and measuring is knowing. Finally after 25 years I have better and more stable values.

Did my body wanted to tell something? Certainly, but I ignored my body and was in a denial phase for a long time and in fact I am still too indifferent or too casual about my health. While I loved life so much, why was I so fatalistic at the same time? Did I hate myself so much that I would rather die than want to live? Was my self-image so negative that I hated myself? It was difficult to pinpoint that and often more roads lead to Rome, there are more explanations. The fear of my inner emptiness and not wanting to look for my essence. Perhaps my fear was too great. Since I am unbounded and boundless, almost all my intentions were doomed in advance to fail. Didn't I have much more pain, from my desire to want to change, than from the life I now lead? My decisiveness 'I' was weak and easily seduced. Was it my eternal deception?

Another explanation was that I couldn't tolerate boredom and dullness at all. Everyday felt so pointless, because life had so much to offer and life was so short. Unfortunately, there is no escape from everyday life, it was a necessary evil, it was part of life. For me every day had to be a celebration, joy, love and harmony, every day had to be lived to the fullest and therefore I burned so much energy. That's why I smoked, that's why I was a user, because it dispels boredom and sharpens my mind, most of the time! Many people advised me to bring order and structure into my life, but for me structure meant predictability and with that dullness, and then went into boredom. As little structure as possible for me. Relationships were predictable and boring in the long run, but the deeper explanation was probably due to the fact that if I allowed someone into my life, they would discover my inner emptiness and dullness.

Volgens de artsen heette de tbc bacterie Mycobacterium kansasii. Dit is een bacterie die verwant is aan de tuberculose-bacterie, maar die inderdaad niet overdraagbaar is van mens op mens. Een typische tbc bacterie die goed te bestrijden was/is. In een kort tijdsbestek werd ik een diabeet patiënt en nu had ik ook nog tbc. Vroeger sprak men over de tering in plaats van over tuberculose. Artsen stonden machteloos tegenover deze ziekte waarbij mensen langzaam weg teerden. Het was een langzame pijnlijke dood, het lichaam werd opgevreten. Gelukkig voor mij, leefde ik in deze tijd. Diabetis Mellitus (letterlijk 'honingzoete doorstroming) duikt ook al op in oude geschriften uit India, Egypte en Griekenland. Er zijn beschrijvingen van mensen die lijden aan een geheimzinnige ziekte waardoor hun lichaam wegteert. Tegenwoordig komt deze ziekte veel meer voor, door overgewicht o.a. en men noemt het ook een moderne ziekte, een ziekte van deze over consumerende maatschappij. Beiden ziekten waren vroeger dodelijk en teerde het lichaam weg. Mijn suiker was nog steeds niet stabiel, het schommelde veel te veel en ik moest daarom meer spuiten, om de waarden normaal te krijgen. Wat eigenlijk, tot aan mijn huidige aanpassing nooit was gelukt. Nu had ik een sensor op mijn bovenarm en moet die verwijderen, om de twee weken en ik kan zoveel mogelijk meten, en meten is weten. Eindelijk heb ik na 25 jaar betere en stabielere waarden.

Wilde mijn lichaam mij wat vertellen? Zeker weten, maar ik negeerde mijn lichaam en zat lange tijd in een ontkennende fase en eigenlijk nog steeds ben ik te onverschillig of te nonchalance over mijn gezondheid. Waarom was ik, terwijl ik het leven zo lief had, tegelijkertijd ook zo fatalistisch? Had ik dan zo'n hekel aan mezelf, dat ik liever dood ging, dan dat ik wilde leven? Was mijn zelfbeeld dan zo negatief, dat ik mezelf haatte? Het was moeilijk om daar de vinger op te leggen en vaak leiden meer wegen naar Rome, zijn er meer verklaringen. Andere verklaringen zouden kunnen zijn; Neigend naar extreem gedrag en in bepaalde aspecten naar mijzelf toe was mijn wilskracht relatief zwak. De angst voor mijn innerlijke leegte en niet op zoek willen gaan naar mijn essentie. Wellicht was mijn angst daarvoor té groot. Omdat ik onmatig en grenzeloos ben, werden bijna al mijn voornemens bij voorbaat gedoemd om te mislukken. Had ik niet veel meer pijn, aan mijn wens om te willen veranderen, dan aan het leven dat ik nu leid? Mijn besluitvaardige 'ik' was zwak en ik liet me gemakkelijk verleiden. Was het mijn eeuwig bedrog?

Een andere verklaring was, dat ik helemaal niet tegen verveling en saaiheid kon. Alledaagsheid voelde zo zinloos, want het leven had zoveel te bieden en het leven was zo kort. Helaas is er aan alledaagsheid geen ontkomen aan, het was een noodzakelijk kwaad, het hoorde nou eenmaal bij het leven. Voor mij moest elke dag een feest zijn, vreugde, liefde en harmonie, elke dag moest met volle teugen geleefd worden en verbrandde ik zoveel energie. Daarom blowde ik, daarom was ik een gebruiker, omdat het de verveling verdrijft en het mijn geest meestal scherp maakte. Vele mensen adviseerden mij, om orde en structuur in mijn leven te brengen, maar structuur stond voor mij voor voorspelbaarheid en daarmee saaiheid, om vervolgens in verveling over te gaan. Voor mij zo min mogelijk structuur. Relaties waren op den duur ook voorspelbaar en saai, maar de diepere uitleg, lag waarschijnlijk aan het feit, dat wanneer ik iemand toeliet in mijn leven, degene mijn innerlijke leegte en saaiheid zou ontdekken.

Love is the essence of life and solves almost all problems, even in corona Times

I have to come back to current events. It cannot be otherwise. Today there are too important developments, so I can not just continue writing my auto biography. Great uncertain, strange, dangerous and perhaps hopeful things await us during this unpredictable corona crisis. This virus is unprecedented in the world and perhaps the Spanish flu is getting a bit close, but we are only at the beginning of this pandemic. The world and world leaders, Governments of all countries and all scientists, virologists, no one knows what this virus can do, what it can stop. There is no vaccine yet, too few tests are being carried out and people everywhere are dying, in a terribly painful way, often in isolation, so that people cannot say goodbye to their loved ones. A great drama and calamity descends on our Planet.


The entire world and with it the economy has come to a halt. Borders are locked. Millions of people are inside and are temporarily unemployed, or have lost their work and income. People are desperate, insecure, scared and frustrated. Many small and medium-sized companies are also falling and the entire economy is being hit hard. However, I think that human life is more important than the economy. We can restore the economy, but a dead human life is dead and remains dead.

Ik moet toch weer terug komen op de actualiteiten van vandaag. Het kan niet anders. Heden zijn er te belangrijke ontwikkelingen, waardoor ik niet zomaar met het schrijven van mijn auto-biografie door kan gaan. Grote onzekere, vreemde, gevaarlijke en ook misschien hoopvolle dingen staan ons te wachten, tijdens deze onvoorspelbare corona crisis. Dit virus is ongekend in de wereld en misschien komt de Spaanse griep een beetje in de buurt, maar we zitten nog maar aan het begin van deze pandemie. De wereld en wereldleiders, regeringen van alle landen en alle wetenschappers, virologen, niemand weet wat dit virus kan aanrichten, wat dit virus kan stoppen. Er is nog geen vaccin, er worden te weinig testen uitgevoerd en overal gaan mensen dood, op een verschrikkelijk pijnlijke manier, ook nog vaak in isolement, zodat mensen geen afscheid kunnen nemen van elkaar. Een groot drama en onheil daalt neer op onze Planeet. 


De complete wereld en daarmee ook de economie, is stil gevallen. Grenzen zijn op slot. Miljoenen mensen zitten binnen en zijn tijdelijk werkloos, of zijn hun werk en inkomen kwijt. Mensen zijn radeloos, reddeloos en redeloos. Vooral veel midden- en klein bedrijven vallen om en de hele economie krijgt enorme klappen. Toch vind ik dat een mensenleven belangrijker is, dan de economie. De economie kunnen we weer herstellen, maar een dood mensenleven is dood en blijft dood.

The power of banks is increasing and people are more dependent.  In the past, banks were a service sector, now we provide services to the bank. Soon negative interest, more difficult to pay with cash and the implant chips are coming. (because the banks make it much more easier to pay, their sales story) Don't believe them.Its one side of the story. Also part of the  story. Pay more to be allowed to use the banks, more interest on loans, debts, mortgages. Not immediately, but slowly built up and always with good reasons (for the banks). 

De macht van banken neemt toe en mensen worden afhankelijker. Vroeger waren banken een dienstensector, nu verlenen we diensten aan de bank. In de nabije toekomst; Negatieve rente, moeilijker om contant te betalen en de implantaat-chips komen eraan. (omdat de banken het veel gemakkelijker maken om te betalen, hun verkoopverhaal) Geloof ze niet. Het is één kant van het verhaal. Ook onderdeel van het verhaal. Betaal meer om de banken te mogen gebruiken, meer rente op leningen, schulden, hypotheken. Niet meteen, maar langzaam opgebouwd en altijd met goede redenen (voor de banken).

Are we no longer Dreaming the same Dream?

Are we no longer Dreaming the same Dream?

Do we no longer believe that life and destiny are connected to everyone and everything that lives?

Or does our existence exist, focused solely on the acquisition of power and material prosperity, driven by greed to fill the spiritual emptiness.                

Every day we encounter the same urge for property and power, for many thousands of years, which comes at the expense of the less fortunate and the poor in our society.


Why do we accept that we are divided and controlled by the elite,
the richest, multi-nationals, the arms and oil industry, banks and pharmaceutical industries and by politicians who embrace this capitalist system and themselves and not the people.
Why do we have to be enemies?


We let our lives and have forgotten to really live.
We must free ourselves from the all-embracing greed and wrong habits. Allow common sense and love, open your hearts.

Everything is connected.
The Earth does not belong to humans,
man belongs to the Earth.

Nog dagelijks komen we dezelfde drang naar bezit en aanzien tegen, al vele duizenden jaren lang, die ten koste gaat van de minder gelukkigen en bedeelden in onze samenleving.


Waarom accepteren we, dat we verdeeld zijn en beheerst worden door de elite, 
de rijksten, multi-nationals, de wapen- en olie-industrie, banken en farmaceutische bedrijven
en door politici die dit kapitalistisch systeem omarmen en hunzelf steunen en niet het volk. 
Waarom moeten we vijanden zijn?


We laten ons leven en zijn vergeten om werkelijk te leven. 
We moeten ons bevrijden van de allesoverheersende hebzucht en verkeerde gewoonten.
Laat gezond verstand en liefde toe, open jullie harten.

Alles is verbonden met elkaar.
De Aarde behoort niet aan de mens,
de mens behoort aan de Aarde.
Wat er met de aarde gebeurt, 
gebeurt met de kinderen van de Aarde.

10 reasons to "lock him up".

Through his tweets during the impeachment procedure, which directly threaten Marie Yovanovitch.  However, the tweets also target others trying to tell the truth. 

2) Blackmail: 

“Quid pro quo”. I scratch your back, you scratch mine. Trump demanding others to return favors, like publicly announced foreign investigations into potential political rival Joe Biden
and Ukraine's purported involvement in the 2016 election.
Put simply, arms for dirt.
If President Zelensky and Ukraine do not investigate the possible corruption of the Bidens,
Ukraine will not receive the financial support, the hundreds of million dollar support against the war with Russia. 
A war demanding countless casualties every day, threatens the fragile, vulnerable, democratic Republic of  Ukraine, world peace and European stability, all of which are in Russia's favor.

3) Resignation: 

(How many people has Trump fired and how many former employees are already in prison?)
The resignation of Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch is remarkable and worrying, not just, because Yonanovitch fought against corruption in Ukraine, and is now being fired because she did her job a little too well. Simply put, she got in the way. 
That is the only reason, and current involvement opens the way for 
Rudy Giuliani’s and his shadow movement. His close contacts are among the most corrupt people in Ukraine, like Ukraine Attorney Generals Yurii Lutsenko and Viktor Shokin, and the latter’s ties to the two men now under arrest, Igor Fruman and Lev Parnas.

It is an act to pretend innocence. This is indirect evidence that Russia and Trump did interfere in the 2016 elections. Why else do they want to blame someone else (Ukraine), if there was no interference, according to Trump and Putin?

This is strictly self-serving, and not even remotely in the interest of America, 
although Biden and son are doubtful about their active role in Ukraine. 
However, this move has more to do with the 2020 election, to discredit an opponent and to be re-elected.

7) Trump ordered to pay $2 million: 

To settle a suit claiming Trump Foundation misused funds to benefit campaign.

The men in Trump's inner circle implicated in crimes.
Michael Cohen. The president’s former lawyer and fixer.

Dopamine for the winners: how our mind’s reward system drives political ambition and affects civilization

The effects of the brain’s neurochemistry on geopolitics and human interaction should be more subject to study and debate. It almost seems like a truism to state that our brains, and their fallibility, greatly affect human progress and societal advancement. But what is most striking in today’s culture, is the way in which our mind’s reward system is employed by society to encourage economic and political ambition, and to blunt the creative and critical mind.



Dopamine as neurotransmitter


We all know the feeling: when we receive a present and can’t wait to open it, when we have a shot at a coveted promotion, or when we gather likes or support on social media. If things go our way, we become happy and euphoric, and for a brief moment experience an extreme feeling of joy. That feeling is made possible by a neurotransmitter called dopamine.

De effecten van de neurochemie van de hersenen op geopolitiek en menselijke interactie zouden meer onderwerp van studie en debat moeten zijn. Het lijkt bijna een open deur om te stellen dat onze hersenen en hun feilbaarheid de maatschappelijke en menselijke vooruitgang enorm beïnvloeden. Maar wat het meest opvalt in de hedendaagse cultuur, is de manier waarop het beloningssysteem van ons brein door de samenleving wordt gebruikt om ongebreidelde economische en politieke ambitie te stimuleren en de creatieve en kritische geest af te stompen.

We kennen dat gevoel allemaal wel: als we een cadeautje krijgen, als we een fel begeerde promotie maken, of als we massale bijval krijgen op sociale media. Wanneer alles meezit worden we gelukkig en euforisch en ervaren we kortstondig een extreem gevoel van vreugde. Dat gevoel wordt mogelijk gemaakt door een neurotransmitter genaamd dopamine.

1) In 1960, 3 billion people. Now nearly 8 billion.                                               (Modern man around 200.000 years ago)

2) In 1960, about 2% of the rainforests and primeval forests has been deforested and disappeared. Today around 25% and it is going very fast now.

3) In 1960 there were hardly any reliable figures on the expenditure of the military arms industry, 'top secret', but that was a small percentage of what is being spent now. Now its over the 1700 billion dollars. When half of this money is spent worldwide on education, healthcare, poverty reduction and welfare for our planet, the future would be more positive.

4) In the late 1950s my parents bought their first car, their first TV, telephone.  Today we have everything, but we over consume.                                                       (To compensate our spiritual emptiness?)

5) Since the early 80s, with the advent of the market capitalist system, there have been hardly any wage increases. That a household was going to earn more, had more to do with the fact that many women started working. But they are crumbs and the rich are getting extremely richer. The proportions are complete disrupted.

Our Problems are that we think we have Time.

1) In 1960, 3 miljard mensen. Nu bijna 8 miljard mensen.  (Moderne man bestaat ongeveer 200.000 jaar)                       

2) In 1960 is ongeveer 2% van de regenwouden en oerbossen ontbost en verdwenen. Vandaag ongeveer 25% en het gaat erg snel.

3) In 1960 waren er nauwelijks betrouwbare cijfers te vinden over de uitgaven van de militaire wapenindustrie, 'topgeheim' , maar dat was een klein percentage van wat er nu wordt uitgegeven. Nu is dat ruim 1700 miljard dollars. Wanneer de helft van dit geld wereldwijd besteed wordt aan onderwijs, zorg, armoedebestrijding en welzijn voor onze planeet, zou de toekomst positiever zijn.

4) Begin jaren 60 kochten mijn ouders hun eerste auto, hun eerste tv, hun eerste telefoon. Vandaag hebben we alles, maar we consumeren te veel.  (Om onze spirituele leegte te compenseren?)

5) Sinds het begin van de jaren 80, met de komst van het marktkapitalistische systeem, zijn er nauwelijks loonsverhogingen geweest. Dat een huishouden meer ging verdienen, had meer te maken met het feit dat veel vrouwen gingen werken. Maar het zijn kruimels en de rijken worden extreem rijker. De verhoudingen zijn compleet verstoord.

Ons Probleem is dat we denken dat we Tijd hebben

De Economische Sneltrein dendert door, ondersteund door slechte Regeringen en Wereldleiders.
